Tottaly

It’s not totally uncommon for many women these days to keep a love diary. It’s not really a new concept, but one that only recently has been given a name. Inside a love diary you can not only keep track of the interested parties in your life, but you can also keep account of the things you feel, the activities you engage in, and how devoted you feel you might be to one particular person. Some women have pulled out their love diary when the unexpected happens and they need to figure out who the father of their baby is going to be.

The love diary has evolved in a relationship diary for some women. When you find the perfect soul mate, you can continue creating a love diary to help you navigate the ups and downs that are part of any relationship. These writings make it easier to keep trying to figure out the next step in a relationship and the next move toward a happier future. Whether you opt for the traditional love diary or you go for the new relationship diary, it’s not a bad idea to write down the events that shape your relationships. After all, it gives you a place to come back to and understand things when the downs are more prevalent than the ups. The love diary is making enough of a come back that they are even marketed as such these days, a tribute to the turning events that women are their own masters

And as for you, how about keeping a diary?

Why do people keep diaries? There are several reasons. Some of them keep diaries, because they were told to do it by the doctor. They say it helps people with bad memory or some psychological problems manage with their memories, impressions, thoughts and dreams. However, for those whose live isn’t interesting for them, it may be harmful to use a diary, because they start to live their past and dreams, not the real life. Some do it only in their childhood or in early teens (or in all the ages) when they need a friend who will listen to them as much as they want and doesn’t judge them or punish or tell it anybody else, unlike their real friends or parents. Usually teenagers, who aren’t very patient, don’t keep diaries properly, and stop doing it after several times. Then, there is a sort of very thoughtful persons, usually artists or writers and also teachers and students, who use diaries to keep their thoughts. They write down famous quotations, their reactions to some political, economical, scientific events and so on. Scientist can also keep working diaries to see the way of their thoughts in researches or during the experiments. To sum up, a diary is a very useful thing that can keep your mind safely and for free. And it’s also a good listener – a silent one.

And as for you, how about keeping a diary?

Diaries and self-observation

You can use the diary in order to analyze their health. If you often have headaches, since they can be linked? Perhaps with some food? What are the feelings you have before the emergence of a headache? Can you reproduce the events in retrospect, or the feeling of your previous cold? Or tired?
And another important thing: if your life is extremely eventful and filled with various events and experiences, there is a risk that you will not be able to “digest” them. The entries in the diary will give you a chance to see the re-lived day to reflect on a random meeting with a friend, to understand the importance of a fleeting event.
Introspection helps us realize that we are not remember his life and themselves. What promises to give you a last week, two months ago? What do you feel yesterday? In what ways were your mother a year ago? Do you remember how this started in your work or school? Writing in a diary of observations about themselves, about their promises to yourself about your decisions and aspirations helps you to remember himself and his life.
Diaries were many people who subsequently famous (and sometimes it is through his diaries). Of course, I do not propose to make a desire for fame motive point of the diary.
